The Wolfenbüttel Environmental Market (WUM) is a colorful market for the environment and environmentally friendly lifestyles, which has been held annually since 1993 in the old town against a picturesque half-timbered backdrop and sees itself as an active contribution to Local Agenda 21. Under the motto "Perceive, rethink, participate - for sustainable regional action", topics such as nature conservation, environmentally friendly construction, energy, transport, ecological agriculture, natural textiles are addressed. Represented are nature and environmental associations, societies, public carriers as well as businessmen and private people, who hold products or information ready to the topic environment. The event is privately organized by Wolfenbüttel citizens and is non-commercial. Political parties are not permitted.

The WUM 2024 will take place on June 15 from 10 am to 2 pm!

As in the last year, a flea market will be integrated into the WUM.
